How pricing works#

One accepted submission is one unit — screenshots and replay ride along and never count separately as submissions. Free includes 100 submissions, €1.00 AI credit, 1 GB of storage and 1 seat. Pro includes 10,000 submissions, €3.00 AI credit, 25 GB of storage and 5 seats. Submission and AI allowances reset monthly. Agreed Enterprise allowances are specified with your plan.

With overage enabled, paid plans can continue above their allowances at the published rates: €0.001 / submission, €0.20 / GB-month, and €5 / seat-month, drawn from a prepaid balance you fund in the dashboard. Storage is billed per GB-month — your average stored data over the month — and seats are billed per seat-month. Usage is prepaid. Automatic refills and recurring credit purchases are optional and require the workspace owner's explicit authorization.

AI meters input and output tokens at the current catalog base-token rates + 5%. The catalog uses gateway prices and a fixed USD-to-EUR conversion; it does not reconcile each provider invoice or apply cached-token discounts and other provider-specific adjustments. Check each model's rates in the dashboard before choosing it. Included AI credit pays for this usage first. With paid AI overage enabled, additional usage draws from your prepaid balance in real time.

When the balance runs out, distillation pauses while feedback remains available, subject to submission and storage limits. Topping up restores credit for new AI processing; skipped reports are not automatically reprocessed. A daily AI spend cap can also stop new processing until the next UTC day, even when credit remains.

Spending controls are yours: on the Usage tab you can switch any resource from overage to stop at limit and set alert thresholds that warn you before you get close. Free always stops at the limit instead of accruing overage — when its €1.00 credit is spent, distillation pauses. Track live meters — submissions, AI spend, storage, seats, balance, and past months — on the Usage tab, and manage the plan and prepaid balance under Usage & billing.

Retention is part of the plan: submissions and uploads are purged automatically after 90 days on Free or 365 days on Pro. Enterprise retention follows your agreement. The widget shows a small Powered by Testosaurus badge on Free; Pro can switch it off in project settings.

Choose your spending policy#

Keep stop at limit enabled, or opt into paid overage for each supported resource. Set alert thresholds to track usage against included allowances. When submission allowance runs out, new submissions stop; when AI credit runs out, new AI processing stops. These allowances reset monthly. Storage and seats remain occupied across months: new uploads or new invitations stop at capacity. Free up storage or remove members to regain capacity, or upgrade or enable eligible paid overage. Keep your AI funded#

Paid workspaces can save a refill payment method, then explicitly enable automatic top-ups with a balance threshold, refill amount and monthly automatic-purchase limit. The limit resets on the UTC calendar month and includes purchases still processing. Disabling refills stops new purchases; payments already processing may finish.

Monthly credit adds a chosen amount to the same monthly Pro invoice, starting at the next renewal. Credit arrives after that invoice is paid. Change or stop the credit line without canceling Pro. Manual top-ups, automatic refills and monthly credit share one prepaid balance, and purchased credit rolls over. Manual and monthly credit purchases are separate from the automatic top-up cap.

Coding roles use your chosen model through Vercel AI Gateway at the same catalog token rates plus 5%. Each run reserves its configured maximum from prepaid credit and returns the unused portion after completion, failure or cancellation.
